Features :

  • Screw con be designed upon customer's request the screw & barred are made of special steel and processed by nitrifing.
  • The special structure of extruder, and the vertical & longitudinal adjustment of flattable can be adjusted automatically, so as to the blow nozzle post, furthermore, which wquipped with water cooling device.
  • Refer to PE/PVC for changing production to each other which just to replace some component. Especially there can be installed small screw to indicate the clolr of oil blttle levelling line.
  • Special designed of hyd, circuiting and accuracy of moulding movement & positioning. Furthermore, there can be installed the parison parameter controller to adjust the thickness automatically.
  • Which can be installed auto bottom releasing of moulding and auto circular cutter jar.
  • Adopted indepenadantive electrical cabinet and reducing vebration and selecting computer controlling system upon customer's request.
  • The unit whic without circulating oil of air cpmpressor,moulding & air compressor.
  • This model machine can equipt with triple-heads, fout-heads, four-head, and six-heads different heads. Suitable for small bottles mass production project.
  • This machine also can in single-head blow-moulding performance.
  • Machine equipt with double mould sections. Left and right section in turn for blow-noulding action. Save cooling time. Increase prodution out-put speed.
  • This machine can equipt with auto-cutting device for bottle's top mouth. And bottom waste edge push- off device.
